摘　　要：以“融教学与科研为一体”的指导思想,在教学中实施课堂教学、实验活动、综合训练、毕业论文与新品种选育课题相结合的教学模式,在发挥课堂教学主导作用的同时,强调课堂教学与“潜在课程”教育相结合,注重学生科研意识、科学素质、科研能力的培养和实践能力的综合训练,培养创新人才。The idea of combining teaching with scientific study is a new teaching mode that is making classroom teaching, experiment comprehensive training and graduate paper be related to new species breeding selection. It focuses on combination of classroom teaching and none classroom education, and emphasizes comprehensive training of students research consciousness, quality, ability and practical ability to train creative students during playing the major role of classroom teaching.
