摘 要:作者开发了一套微机控制的高能多次点火系统,并将其应用于电控LPG发动机,研究了多次点火对怠速性能的影响。台架试验表明:多次点火使怠速稳定性得到了改善;HC、CO排放量显著降低,NOx排放量无明显变化。上述结果表明,多次点火能够增加点火可靠性,防止失火现象,可应用在缸内分层燃烧或稀薄燃烧技术等需增加点火可靠性的场合。A high-energy multi-time ignition system based on computer controlled was developed. The system was applied in the electronic controlled IC-engine fueled with LPG to study the effects of multi-time ignition to the engine performance at idle. The results of the test revealed that this system improved the steadiness of idle speed, reduced the exhaust emission of HC and CO, and had little effect on the exhaust emission of NOx. As multi-time ignition can improve the stability of ignition, it can prevent the phenomenon of miss-fire and can be used in the technologies of layer combustion and lean combustion.
