摘　　要：公益经济诉讼是经济法和诉讼法领域的重要课题,也是经济法程序的重要内容。近年来,公益诉讼成为我国司法实务和学界讨论的热点问题之一。颜运秋《公益诉讼理念研究》一书在公共利益司法保护方面的研究具有一定的原创性和深刻度。The public economic litigation is an important issue in the fields of economic law and procedure law and is the important contents of economic law's procedure. Public interest litigation has become a hotpot issue in our country. The research made by Yan Yunqiu is original and deep in some words.
