摘　　要：目前对《典论·论文》写作时间的论述 ,或轻易否定史料 ,或随便改动史料 ,或以严氏之误立论 ,因此都不能令人信服。比较《典论·论文》与《与吴质书》在内容上的联系 ,可以推知《典论·论文》作于建安二十三年二月三日之后不久。Based on altering or denying the historical mat er ials, or on Yan Ke-jun's mistakes, the present discussions on Dian Lun Lun Wen a re not convincing. Compare Dian Lun Lun Wen with Yu Wu Zhi Shu in their relation s, we could infer that Dian Lun Lun Wen was written after February 3, Jian'an th e twenty-third(in lunar calendar).
