摘　　要：[目的 ]　建立 3～ 6岁儿童感知运动能力常模。　 [方法 ]　采用分层整群抽样的方法 ,抽取上海市 195 0名3～ 6岁儿童为研究样本 ,应用《儿童感知运动能力评定》量表问卷 ,对儿童听觉、视觉、活动量、味 /嗅觉、身体姿势、动作、情绪 /社交等方面进行调查。　 [结果 ]　建立了 3～ 6岁儿童总常模。检验发现 :总的项目 13 3条 ,与年龄相关的项目 3 6条 ,与性别相关的项目 2 8条。　 [结论 ]　感知运动能力评估作为学龄前儿童心理评价的一部分是非常必要的 ,一般筛查可使用总常模。Objective To establish sensory and motor ability model of 3-6 years old children. [Methods] 1950 children aged 3-6 years were surveyed with sensory profile questionnaire in shanghai base on auditory, visual, taste/smell, body position, movement, touch and emotional/social status. [Results] A model was established for children 3-6. Among the total 133 items there were 36 related to age, 28 related to sex. [Conclusion] The sensory and motor profile assessment is an essential part of psychological test for pre-school children.
