摘 要:研究喜旱莲子草(Alternantheraphiloxeroides)与鸭趾草(Commelinacommunis)在Pb2+、Zn2+、Cd2+、Cr2+、Cu2+5种重金属胁迫下的生长变化,通过测量根长得到了抑制率.并利用原子吸收测得富集量和富集系数.研究发现:喜旱莲子草对Zn2+、Pb2+的富集效果较好,水培条件下富集系数最大分别能达到94.8、21.4;鸭趾草对Pb2+的富集效果较好;砂培条件下富集系数最大能达到76.0.In this study the growth response of Alternanthera philoxeroides and Commelina communis to heavy metals, Pb^(2+), Zn^(2+), Cd^(2+), Cr^(2+), and Cu^(2+), are examined. Effects of heavy metals on both species are calculated by measuring the root elongation. The accumulation of heavy metals by both species are examined by atom absorption. It is found that Alternanthera philoxeroides has great (capa-)city of accumulating Zn^(2+) and Pb^(2+) in hydroponic tests and the highest accumulation coefficients are 94.8 and 21.4 respectively. It is also found that Commelina communis has great capacity of accumulating Pb^(2+) and the highest accumulation coefficient is 76.0.
