摘　　要：通过对山东省小学体育师资队伍现状的调查研究 ,发现山东省小学体育师资质量与当前素质教育要求相比偏低 ,提出了改善山东省小学体育师资队伍质量的措施 ,从而为保证基础素质教育的顺利实施打下良好基础。Through the investigation of the present situation of P.E.faculty at primary schools in Shandong Province,the authors find that the quality is not up to the level of the current quality education requirements,and put forward the measures for improving the faculty’s quality so as to lay a sound foundation for the successful enforcement of the elementary quality education.
