发展农业科技型企业的思考及对策

摘　　要：农业的根本出路在于农业现代化,而农业的产业化、市场化、国际化、标准化、科技化已成为实现农业现代化的基本规定性。大力发展农业科技型企业,发挥其在农业发展中的示范引导、科技创新、龙头带动、市场开拓作用,对促进农业发展,实现农业现代化起着极其关键的作用。本文就农业科技企业发育的背景、农业科技企业的内涵与功能进行了阐述,在此基础上提出了发展农业科技型企业的途径与对策。The foundermental development of agriculture lies in the agricultural modernizations. While the essential factors of accomplishing agricultural modernizations are the agricultural industrialization, marketization, internationalization, standardization and technologicalization. Greatly developing the agricultural enterprise of science and technology and making it play an exemplary, leading, innovating and pioneering role will take a key effect on promoting the agricultural modernizations. This article talks about the background, connotation and function of developing the agricultural enterprise of science and technology. And on this basis, it adduces the way and tactics of developing the agricultural enterprise of science and technology.
