基于Web的办公系统建设方案的研究

摘　　要：随着Internet的迅速发展,政府部门、企事业单位实行办公自动化,已成为一种必然的趋势.如何充分利用互联网的优势,加速企业的无纸化办公进程,并促进企业的发展,给IT行业带来了新的挑战.但目前广泛使用的C/S模型的办公系统已不能适应计算机和因特网的发展,不能满足用户的需求,无法实现真正意义上的办公自动化.基于Web的办公系统采用B/S模型,能更好地提高办公自动化效率,满足用户简单、方便、快捷的办公的需求.就该模式的办公系统的建设,提出了几点研究方案.Within the development of the Internet, office automation is the trend in the departments of government and business. How to take the advantage of the Internet to accelerate the development of OA is a new challenge for IT. But the traditional office systems based on C/S model, which are used abroad, can not adapt the new change, nor satisfy the users' needs, and neither realize the true office automation. The office system based on Web, adopting B/S model, can make OA more efficiently, and satisfy the needs of users. This paper brings up some schemes for the construction of the office system based on Web.
