摘　　要：对城市地价的动态监测主要是通过设立监测体系对地价监测点的监测来实现的.通过对石家庄市住宅用地监测点地价的时空分布分析,监测点地价水平与基准地价、市场交易样点地价进行比较分析及地价趋势预测,为了解和掌握城市内的地价水平、地价动态变化情况和日常地价管理提供决策依据.The dynamic monitoring system of urban land price canbe achieved by the monitoring of land price monitoring points.This paper analyses the land price level and its space distribution,time change and the relation of land price monitoring points、standard land price,market trade points and the develop trend of land price.All of these based on the case of residential land belong to the Shijiazhuang city.From the above analysis,it reveals the law of urban land price level change and benefits the theoretical inspection of urban land price estimation.
