摘  要:通过对鞍钢热轧钢板表面翘皮和线形条纹缺陷的研究 ,认为此类缺陷是铸坯表层气泡造成的。对该类缺陷的成因进行了分析和推理 ,认为是铸坯表层气泡在轧制延伸过程中造成钢板分层并在表层逸出导致开裂形成翘皮。大多数情况下 ,这种分层在随后的轧制过程中被压合 ,而线形条纹则是翘皮被压合后形成的两条边界。The detection of surface upwarping and line defects for hot rolled plates produced by Anshan Steel was made. These defects was ascribed to the bled of slab surface. When the bled of the slab surface are extended during rolling, the slab surface is delaminated and form the surface upwarping when the gas in the bled escape along the gap of delamination. Commonly, this kind of delamination will be impressed well during hot rolling, and the line defects become the boundaries of the impressed delamination.
