摘　　要：对元宝枫及同属植物种子总蛋白质含量和氨基酸的组成进行了分析测定,结果表明元宝枫及同属植物种子含有较高的蛋白质,且其氨基酸的组成以谷氨酸、精氨酸含量较高为特点.An analysis and determination are made of the contents of the total protein and the components of 19 kinds of amino acids in the Acer truncatum Bunge. And the same generic plants are analyzed. The results show that there is a very high protein content in the seeds of Acer truncatum Bunge and the same generic plants. Moreover, the higher contents of Glu. and Arg. is a peculiarity of the components of amino acids in the seeds of Acer truncatum Bunge and the same generic plants.
