重复癌31例临床分析

摘　　要：对收治的３１例多原发癌进行分析，全部病例均为二重癌且经病理确诊，其中间隔时间同时性（＜６个月）１０例（３２．３％）；异时性（＞６个月）２１例（６７．７％）。单纯化疗或放疗各２例，其余２７例采取手术、化疗或放疗等综合治疗。通过分析认为只要早期诊断及时治疗，本病的预后几乎与单一癌瘤一样好。rom June 1978 to March 1993,thirty- one patients with multiple primary malignanttumors provend by pathology were treated in our hospital.Ten patients(32.3%)had simul-taneous malignancies(withim 6 months)and twenty- one patients(67.7%) were sequential(over 6 months).Radiotherapy or chemotherapy was given to 2 patients respectively. Therest 27 patients were treated by combined operation of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The authors felt that the prognosis of this disease was as good as that of the single cancer ifthe diagnosis and treatment could be determined early and promptly.
