双螺杆食品挤压机螺杆齿廓初探

摘　　要：通过对双螺杆食品挤压机的螺杆啮合方式的分析,用齿廓形成理论系统地分析了双螺杆同向旋转啮合型齿廓的形成,给出了齿廓的函数方程及其理论解析表达式。并对φ100mm的双螺杆挤压机的螺杆进行了单双头螺线的设计计算,在实际生产中证明齿廓的啮合是非常适合的。这对于螺杆的设计及螺杆的机加工和成型刀具的刃磨将起到一定的指导作用。In this paper, it is made a systematic study that flank profile of twin screw rotated in the same diiection by the forming theory of flank profile, through the analysis of engagement system of the twin screw cooker extruders. The functional equation of flank profile is set up and its solution is obtained. Depending on this theory, the screws of the model SJ100 twin screw cooker extruders are designed, and it is provided that engagement of two screws is very suitable in the production. So this theory may has some guidance in the designing and processing of screw as well as the sharpening of thread cuttingtools.
