井架机构化失效的结构系统的可靠性分析

摘　　要：针对石油钻机井架这种高度静不定空间框架或桁架结构 ,提出用蒙特卡洛—有限元法求解构件可靠度、用限界预处理及概率网络估算技术计算井架结构系统失效概率的计算方法。算例计算结果与现场实际情况一致 。The derrick belongs to the large space scale frame or truss structure system. Whatever the single frame or the whole system, it is difficulty to quantitatively analyses the reliability. Under considering the single failure mode of the derrick structure mechanism failure, the thesis put forward a calculating method to calculate the failure probability of the derrick structure system. Firstly, the method apply the Monte Carlo method to resolve random variable's m-group random sampling value about the calculating of the member reliability and apply finite element method to calculate m-group stress value of the derrick's every frame member's dangerous section. Secondly using the stress-strong interference model to calculate every dangerous section's failure probability, third supposing that the highest probability of the frame member take place yielding failure and the section became the first plasticity hinged section r 1, in the section adding assumed man-made load, and then using the Monte Carlo-finite element method to find the next section r 2 in proper order, the derrick will be failure when reaching to the section r q. The failure element r 1, r 2,...,r q form the failure route and act it as the first main failure mechanism. Then using the branching and circumscription pretreatment to confirm all the main failure mechanisms. At last, using probability network estimating technique to find m Entries representative in all main failure mechanisms and calculate the reliability of the derrick structure system. The method can not only calculate the member reliability under multi-load but also calculate the reliability of oil derrick which exist original disfigurement(for example foundation asymmetry sinkage, original flexion etc),which resolved the problem that general structure reliability calculation method can not solved. The result of the calculating example in the thesis is conform to actual circumstance, show that the method put forward in the thesis have stronger practicability.
