摘　　要：目的 :分析乳腺肿块细针吸取细胞学 (FNAC)与术中冰冻切片诊断 (IFSD)的不同特征 ,探索两者的临床应用价值。方法 :对乳腺肿块 2 0 5例分别进行 FNAC和 IFSD检查。结果 :乳腺良性病变 FNAC和 IFSD的准确率分别为 96.4%和 98.6% ,乳腺恶性肿瘤 FNAC和 IFSD的准确率分别为 91.0 %和 97.0 %。FNAC假阴性率为 2 .4% ,无假阳性诊断 ;IFSD未出现假阴性和假阳性诊断。结论 :乳腺肿块 FNAC和 IFSD检查是两种实用、可靠的诊断方法。Objective:To analyse the different features of fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) and intraoperative frozen section diagnosis(IFSD) in breast masses,and investigate the value of their clinical application.Methods:Two hundred and five cases of patients with breast masses were examined with FNAC and IFSD respectively.Results:The accuracy rate of FNAC and IFSD were 96.4% and 98.6% in benign lesions of breast,and were 91.0% and 97.0% in malignant tumors of breast.The false negative rate was 2.4% in FNAC,and none false negative diagnosis in IFSD.No false positive diagnosis was noted.Conclusion:FNAC and IFSD are feasible and reliable procedures in the pathological diagnosis of breast masses.
