摘 要:祁门红茶是中国外销工夫茶中的主导产品之一 ,在我国农产品出口中占有重要地位。二战前后 ,由于国际市场变动 ,对其海外销售及其自身生产、销售体系产生影响 ,从而导致其生产销售制度变迁。本文集中考察祁门红茶海外销售制度、上海外销商与海外市场的关系、外销茶的销售量及销售价格体系变动诸问题 ,以期对内陆地区传统农业产品与市场特别是国际市场关系问题有所认识。Qimen's black tea is one of the leading products of Chinese congou distributed abroad market and weight very important position in national farm produce exportation. Around the time of second war, the change of international market influenced its production and sales and significantly leaded to the change of its whole system of production and sales. This paper focuses on several points, including to the system of overseas sales of Qimen's black tea, the relationship between trade seller of Shanghai and overseas market, the change of sales amount and price and the relation between domestic traditional farm produce and international market.
