摘　　要：知识经济时代,图书馆信息素养教育不仅关系到图书馆事业的发展方向和美好前景,而且在推动人类社会的发展、进步中有着它独特的重要意义。创办信息文化中心,为社会公众进行信息素养教育服务,是图书馆的重要职责之一。At the knowledge economic times, the quality education of the library information not only relates to the developmental direction and the beautiful prospect of the library undertaking, but also it propels the development of the human society, it has the unique important significance during the progress. And it is one of the library's important duties to create the information cultural center to carry out the service of the information quality education for the public masses in the society.
