摘  要:分析了蜡蚧轮枝菌Verticilliumlecanii(Zimmermann)Viegas在19L发酵罐液体发酵培养过程中的菌体生长和产孢量增长变化趋势,提出可以应用Logistic方程模拟该增长变化趋势,运用实验数据计算出方程的参数,建立了蜡蚧轮枝菌液体分批发酵中生物量和产孢量的动态变化模型。仿真计算结果表明:Logistic模型预测值与实验数据拟合度较好,能很好的反映蜡蚧轮枝菌液体分批发酵的过程。The increase trends of mycelia growth and sporulation during liquid fermentation process of Verticillium lecanii(Zimmermann) Viegas in 19 L fermentation reactor were analyzed,and the Logistic equation could fit with these varieties.The parameters of Logistic equation were calculated with experimental data,the models for biomass and sporulation quantity of V.lecanii were established.The results showed that the simulated curves by the models were in good agreement with experimental data,and the models could reflect the liquid fermentation process of V.lecanii very well.
