贴标机取标凸轮曲线的设计研究

摘　　要：对粘贴啤酒瓶标签用的回转式贴标机进行了取标凸轮曲线的设计研究。首先 ,对贴标机取标过程进行了工位分析 ,并对各工位曲线段进行了设计 ;其次 ,对工位间的过渡曲线段进行了设计 ;最后 ,根据实际数据进行计算 。In this paper, the design for the curve of the picking-up cam is given, on the basis of round labeling machine for pasting the label of beer bottle. Firstly, this paper analyses the three work-places of picking-up process, and designs the curves of every work-place; secondly the author designs the connection curves between every two work-places; finally, based on actual data, computers gain the required curve.
