摘　　要：提出了一种基于揉搓原理的板栗脱壳工艺 ,开发了相应的脱壳设备 ,给出了板栗脱壳的最佳工艺条件 。The paper introduces a new technology of chestnut shell-peeling based on flexible rub theory, developed corresponding shell-peeling equipment, gave the optimum technological condition of chestnut shell-peeling, and also points out the matters needing attention during the shell-peeling process.
