摘  要:为方便中国石油天然气股份公司给各油气田分公司规划配产决策 ,文章研究产量构成优化油气田规划配产问题。根据生产经营实际数据资料的整理分析 ,拟合出成本与累计效益之间的函数关系表达式 ;以股份公司总体经济效益的最优解为总目标 ,各分公司开发效益最优解为分目标 ,以获得满意权衡解为协调策略 ,建立了交互式多目标规划模型 ;改进和发展了多元函数的一种交互式多目标规划模型的算法 ,得到了一种新的具有调节机制的适用于配产规划模型的交互式算法。该方法可在预测了各油气区总产能与股份公司总投资能力为定值的情况下 ,帮助决策者做出能体现人的经验的规划配产决策。用VC编制了规划软件 。To ease the decision making for PCL to allocate production to its branches of oil/gas fields, the problem of production plan is studied for oil/gas fields to optimize the constitution of production. According to the real data of production and operation, the functional relation between cost and accumulative benefit is obtained. Taking the optimum relation of PCL economic benefit as the top goal and the optimum developing benefit of each oil field as the partial goal, getting the satisfaction weighing-relation as harmony strategy, the interactive multi-goal programming model is established. The algorithm for the model of interactive multi-goal programming with multivariable function is improved and developed. A new interactive algorithm with coordinating mechanism for production programming is achieved. Given the predicted total productivity of all oil fields and the total investment of PCL, the algorithm can help the decision-maker make the decision of production programming with his experience. The programming software is developed with VC. A real case is provided for some oil fields to make the production programming decision of an element of pro duction constitution.
