摘　　要：战略联盟作为企业组织关系的制度创新,已成为现代企业强化竞争优势的重要手段,但在实践中战略联盟的失败率却较高。在对战略联盟的含义、特征和类型阐述的基础上,深入分析了导致战略联盟失败的主要原因,并针对上述原因提出了对策。Strategic alliance, as the institutional innovation of the organizational relation of a corporation, has become the important measure of the competitive advantage for the modern corporation. However, it has a very high failure rate in the realistic strategy. Based on the expatiation of the definition, characters and types of strategic alliances, the reasons of the failure of strategic alliance are analyzed, and the countermeasures are proposed.
