摘  要:目的 研究自富硒豌豆中提取的硒蛋白的抑瘤活性。方法 将受试硒蛋白制成经酶解和非酶解 2种形式 ,给接种了小鼠肉瘤S180和小鼠肝癌HAC的ICR纯系小鼠分组饲以不同剂量和 2种形式的硒蛋白口服液。结果  2种硒蛋白液对S180的生长均有一定抑制作用 ,大剂量组的抑制率分别达 5 2 .2 4 %和 5 5 .88% ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。 2种硒蛋白大剂量组HAC荷瘤鼠的存活期分别延长 37.30 %和 2 7.78% ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 酶解硒蛋白的抑瘤活性明显强于非酶解硒蛋白 ,与 5Objective It is to study the anti-tumor activity of selenoprotein that extracted from much selenium content pea.Methods The selenoprotein was prepared enzymolysis kind and non-e nzymolysis kind . ICR inbred line mouse that inoculated the mice sarcoma S180 and mice hepatocar cinoma HAC were divided and fed different dose and two kinds of selenoprotein or al liquid.Results The growth of S180 was inhibited by the two kinds of selen oprotein. In l arge dosage group, the inhibitory rate was 52.24% and 55.88% respectively. There was significant different compared with control group (P<0.001). The survi val t ime in two kinds of selenoprotein of burden tumour HAC mice prolonged 37.30% and 27.78% respectively. There was significant difference compared with control gro up (P<0.001).Conclusion The anti-tumor activity of enzymolysis selenoprotein i s obviously str onger than that of non-enzymolysis selenoprotein, and correspond to that of 5-F u.
