摘　　要：在工业化、城市化时代,“回归社区”能够在很大程度上修补和矫正现代化对人的扭曲与异化,避免市场经济发展给社会带来的负面影响,其目的在于让人们回归到人本的另一面———善良、互助与共生。“回归”既是对传统社区本质精神的皈依,又是要超越传统的狭隘亲情和人际关系,走向更为广阔的人际互助。新的社区精神体现了群体精神与个性精神、传统精神与创新精神的结合,民主与自治精神的张扬,群众参与、领导垂范、长期实践是提炼和培育社区精神的正确路径。In the age of industrialization and urbanization, “Returning to the community”can, to a great extent, mend and correct the distortion and alienation of human nature caused by modernization and avoid the negative influence brought to society by the development of market economy in order to make humans return to their other side: good will, mutual help and co-existence. This act of returning means both being converted to the traditional essential spirit of the community and going beyond the family member emotional attachment and other interpersonal relations of a narrow and exclusive nature so as to go towards more extensive mutual assistance. The new spirit of community embodies a combination between collective spirit and individual spirit, between the traditional spirit and innovative spirit and represents an enhancement of democracy and autonomous and independent spirit. The correct route to the refinement and cultivation of the community spirit is just the engagement of the masses, the exemplification of work by leaders and long-lasting practice.
