摘　　要：文章对当代高校图书馆内部机构重组的必要性进行细致分析 ,进而探讨内部机构重组的原则。This article makes a deliberative analysis of the necessity of the reorganization of internal departments in academic libraries, and probes further into the principles, methods and forms of the reorganization.
