摘　　要：讨论了中小企业财务管理中存在的会计基础工作薄弱、制度缺失、融资困难,资金不足等问题,有针对性地提出了加强相关法律法规的执行力度,促进中小企业的全面发展等相应解决问题的措施。The problems existed in middle - petty enterprises, weak accountant fundamental work, lack of systems, unsufficient funds are discussed and puts forward the measures of strengthening correspondent law and regualtions carrying force for promotion of the complte development of middle - petty enterprises.
