民族地区投融资体制改革的制约因素与对策研究

摘　　要：消除制约民族地区投融资体制改革的制约因素,应积极探索多元化的投资建设新机制,加快改革步伐,为投融资业发展提供制度保障,灵活掌握财政货币政策,建立金融信用制度,积极放开民间投资实业的限制,重视建设具有“忠诚守信”品德的高级金融人才队伍,把金融活动纳入法制化轨道,推动民族地区投融资业健康发展。The dissolving of the restricting factors of the systematic reforms of investment and financing should be based on positively probing into a diversified new mechanism. The acceleration of the space of reforms supplies a system guarantee for the development of investment and financing. Flexible mastery of financial and monetary policy, establishment of financial credit system, positive release of restrictions of nongovernmental investment industry, building of a team of top financial talents with morals of ″loyalism and faith″ and putting financial activities into the course of legalization will promote the sound development of investment and financing industry of national regions.
