摘　　要：介绍了循环经济的基本涵义和准则,通过对卡伦堡工业共生体系和北京水资源可持续利用模式的实证分析,给出了国内外循环经济的实施现状和诱人前景,总结了发展循环经济的经济、社会效益,它是可持续发展的有效路径。This paper analyses the basic meaning and norm of recycle economy; introduces the successful experiences and puts forward the promising future of recycle economy by the positive analysis of the industrial coexist system of Kalundborg and the sustainable using pattern of Beijing`s water resources. At last, it points out that developing recycle economy has great social effect and economic results.
