摘　　要：本文讨论了在条件 0 <l<12 ,n <0下 ,(Ⅲ ) m =0 型二次系统的极限环问题 。Continuing the study in paper [1], the limit cycle problem for the quadratic system (Ⅲ)_(m=0) is discussed in this paper for the case 0<l<12, n<0, and we prove that the system has at most one limit cycle under certain conditions.
