补阳还五汤抗胃溃疡的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察补阳还五汤抗实验性胃溃疡的作用。方法 :采用水应激法、利血平性溃疡法和幽门结扎法建立胃溃疡实验模型。分别观察补阳还五汤 0 .6 g/ kg、1.2 g/ kg不同剂量及甲氰咪胍 0 .2 g/ kg对上述各类型溃疡的抑制作用。结果 :补阳还五汤 0 .6 g/ kg对小鼠应激型溃疡、利血平型溃疡和大鼠幽门结扎型溃疡有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 1或 P <0 .0 5 ) ,对胃蛋白酶活性及排出量则无明显改善 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :补阳还五汤可用于治疗胃溃疡。Objective:To observe the effect of BHD on experimental gastric ulcer.Method:Three different kinds of gastric ulcer animal models were induced by the methods of water stress,reserpine and pylorus ligation.The effects of BHD(0.6 g/kg) and cimetidine(0.2 g/kg) on the three kinds of gastric ulcer were observed.Result:BHD(0.6 g/kg) could inhibit the stress induced and reserping induced gastric ulcer in mice and the pylorus ligation induced gastric ulcer in rats(P<0.01 or P<0.05).And the activity of pepsin and gastric output were not changed notablely(P>0.05).Conclusion:BHD could be used to treat gastric ulcer.
