摘　　要：本文论述了我国大中型企业信息资源开发与利用的研究 ,分析了大中型企业信息资源开发与利用的现状与存在的问题 ,重点研究了解决的对策。The paper states the study of development and utilization of resources of information of large and medium sized enterprise in our country,analyses the current situation and existing problem of development and utilization of resources of information of large and medium sized enterprise,mainly researches the countermeasure.
