摘　　要：通过传感器获取信号,利用微机进行数据处理并输出,可准确直观地提供动力转向助力系统的压力、流量和温度随转向盘转角的变化曲线,为维修人员迅速分析系统工作性能和判断故障原因提供了科学的诊断途径。A microprocessing tester for automotive power steering is presented in this paper, the curves of fluid pressure, flow and temperatures along with steering wheel rotation in power steering system are able to be precisely and visually provided through sensors to obtain signals and by using microcomputer to perform the data processing and plotcurves after all. This device provides a scientific basis for rapidly analysing the operating properties of the system and judging the trouble causes for maintenance persons.
