氪激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞120例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨氪激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞 (BRVO)的方法和效果。方法　观察分析 12 0例 (12 0眼 )经荧光眼底造影 (FFA)确诊为BRVO的患者 (其中缺血型 79例 ,非缺血型 4 1例 )的光凝治疗效果。结果　 12 0例视网膜分支静脉阻塞患者中明显有效 10 1例 (84 1% ) ,13例 (10 8% )视力保持不变 ,6例 (5 1% )视力下降。视力不变和视力下降均为缺血型病例 ,非缺血型 5 4例视力均得到了提高。治愈病程 :5 7例病程小于 3个月 ,4 0例病程在 4～ 6个月 ,2 3例病程大于 6个月。结论　氪激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞 ,可缩短病程 ,减少并发症 ,降低复发率 。Objective To discuss the effect of treating branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) by krypton laser. Methods One hundred and twenty cases(120eyes) of BRVO diagnosed by fundus fluorescein angiography, were classified into ischemic BRVO group (79 cases) and nonischemic BRVO group(41 cases). All cases were treated by using photocoagulation therapeutic effectiveness was observed and compared. Results Out of 120 cases, 101(84.1%) cases were effective, ischemic BRVO 62(61.3%)cases , nonischemic BRVO 39(38.7%) cases, final vision acuity had no change in 13 (10.8%)cases, final vision acuity decreased in 6(5.1%) cases. Curative duration of 57 cases was less than 3 months, 30 cases for 4～6 months, 23 cases for longer than 6 months. Conclusion The treatment of branch retinal vein occlusion by krypton Laser can shorten the process of disease and reduce complication or recurrence, protect central vision, raise or preserve vision.
