摘　　要：目的　通过研究MIP 1α和MCP 1在吉兰 巴雷综合征 (GBS)患者脑脊液中的表达水平 ,探讨其与GBS发病的关系。方法　利用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定 18例GBS患者和 18例非炎症性神经系统疾病患者脑脊液中MIP 1α和MCP 1的浓度。结果　GBS患者脑脊液中MIP 1α浓度明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而MCP 1浓度稍低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且MIP 1α的水平与脑脊液蛋白含量呈正相关 (r =0 .84 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论　MIP 1α和MCP 1可能参与GBS的发病 ,并发挥着不同的免疫调节作用。Objective To explore the role of MIP 1α and MCP 1 in GBS through detecting the CSF levels of the two chemokines in GBS patients. Methods The CSF levels of MIP 1α and MCP 1 were determined by ELISA from 18 patients with GBS and 18 cases with noninflammatory(controls). Results The CSF levels of MIP 1α in GBS patients were obviously higher than in controls( P < 0.01 ), which positively correlated with the protein levels in CSF( r= 0.84 ,P < 0.01 ). But the CSF levels of MCP 1 in GBS were slightly slower( P < 0.05 ). Conclusions MIP 1α and MCP 1 may play a different role in GBS.
