水孔蛋白AQP-1,4在脑胶质瘤的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探索水孔蛋白AQP-1,4与脑胶质瘤性水肿的关系。方法本实验应用免疫组化方法检测了30例脑胶质瘤(星形细胞瘤25例,胶质母细胞瘤5例)AQP-1,AQP-4的表达,并分析了其表达与脑胶质瘤性水肿的关系。结果AQP-1随脑胶质瘤级别升高而升高,而AQP-4随脑胶质瘤级别升高,总的趋势是降低的。AQP-1,4表达在低级别肿瘤(Ⅰ,Ⅱ级)组和高级别肿瘤(Ⅲ,Ⅳ级)组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论AQP-1表达的升高与AQP-4表达的降低与瘤性水肿有关。Objective To study the relationship between the cerebral edema induced by glioma and the aquaporin-1, 4 (AQP-1,4). Methods The expressions of AQP-1, 4 in 30 cases of gliomas, of which, 25 were astrocytic glioma and 5 glioblastomas, were detected by immunohistochemiscal technique. The relationship between their expressions and the edema induced by the gliomas was analyzed. Results The expression of AQP-1 was significantly lower in the gliomas of grades Ⅰ-Ⅱ than that in the gliomas of grades Ⅲ-Ⅳ (P<0.05) and the expression of AQP-4 was significantly higher in the gliomas of grades Ⅰ-Ⅱ than that in the gliomas of grades Ⅲ-Ⅳ (P<0.05). Conclusions The AQP-1,4 may play an important role in the edema induced by the glioma.
