摘　　要：目的　研究消抗提取液对抗精子抗体阳性大鼠精子顶体酶活力的影响。方法　精子顶体酶活力检测采用BAEE ADH联合法。结果　消抗提取液可增强抗精子抗体阳性大鼠精子顶体酶活性 (P <0 .0 1) ;可使抗精子抗体阳性大鼠精子中的SOD活性增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,抑制氧自由基的产生。结论　消抗提取液对抗精子抗体阳性大鼠精子顶体酶活性有显著影响。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the sperm acrosin activity in antisperm antibody positive rats.Methods The sperm acrosin activity was examined by BAEE/ADH joint method.Results Traditional Chinese medicine could increase the sperm acrosin activity (P<0.01),the SOD activity (P<0.01) and decrease the production of oxygen free radicals of sperms.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine exertes a significant effect on the sperm acrosin activity in antisperm antibody positive rat.
