摘　　要：在激烈的市场竞争中,竞争能力越来越多地依赖于创新能力,创新能力依赖于企业的管理,企业的 管理最根本的是人力资源的管理,而以人为本,人本管理是人力资源最有效的管理方式。In fierce market competition, competitive ability depends on innovation that is decided by the management in corporations. The management of human resources is the fundamental of firms, in which to focus on their staff members is the most effective management way.
