Relationship Between Hospital Infection and Hand Contamination from Nurses′ Tidying Hospital Beds

摘　　要：目的探讨护士扫床手污染的程度和现状,为有效预防和控制医院感染提供可靠的方法。方法将同时正在晨间扫床的102名护士随机分为A、B两组,A组52名,B组50名,A组每名护士在扫完所规定的床位以后,立即对每名护士进行手采样,共采52份;B组每名护士在每扫完1张床后立即进行手采样洗手再采样,B组扫床后洗手前和洗手后共采样各50份,然后将采样结果进行细菌培养。结果用χ2检验A组与B组洗手前进行比较χ2=327P>005,无差异;A组与B组洗手后进行比较χ2=6103,P<0005,差异具有非常显著性;B组洗手前与洗手后进行比较χ2=3846P<0005,差异具有非常显著性。结论护士扫床同其他操作一样,必须一床一扫一洗手(消毒手),才能有效预防和控制医院感染。OBJECTIVE To discuss the extent and present situation of hand contamination from nurses' tidying hospital beds and at offering dependable methods to prevent and control hospital infection effectively. METHODS The 102 nurses examined who were tidying hospital beds at the same time in the morning were divided into groups A and B, 52 nurses in group A and 50 in group B. In group A, right after tidying the assigned beds, each nurse's hands were sampled. In group B, right after tidying each bed, each nurse's hands were sampled, disinfected and then sampled again. Before their hands were disinfected, fifty samples were collected after the nurses tidied the beds, another fifty were collected after the nurses' hands were disinfected. After this, the bacteria from all the samples were cultured. RESULTS χ 2 test result: groups A and B compared before hands distinfection, χ 2=3 27, P>0 05, with no difference; compared after hands washed, χ 2=61 03, P<0 005, with significant difference. For group B only, compared before and after hands distinfection, χ 2=38 46, P<0 005, still with difference. CONCLUSIONS Like other jobs, while tidying the patients' beds, the nurses must obey the following rule: disinfect the hands after tidying each bed, that is, one bed once hands disinfection. Only in this way, hospital infection can be effectively prevented and controlled.
