护理干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对提高精神分裂症患者生活质量的作用。方法:分别在广州市精神病医院住院部的4个普通精神科病区随机选择符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准(CCMD-3)精神分裂症的诊断标准的住院精神分裂症患者100例为入组对象,分为研究组和对照组,每组各50例。两组患者均应用抗精神病药物维持治疗和进行常规护理,研究组在此基础上介入护理干预,内容包括建立情感支持系统、进行生活技能训练、组织有益活动、开展健康教育、实施心理干预等,连续进行8周。两组分别于入组前和治疗后8周进行总体幸福感量表(GWB)测评。结果:研究组治疗后8周GWB评分,(104.30±9.75)明显高于对照组(88.74±10.57),差异有显著性意义(t=7.65,P<0.005)。结论:实施护理干预有助于住院精神分裂症患者提高生活质量。AIM:To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the improvement of quality of life(QOL) in schizophrenia patients. <METHODS:Totally 100 schizophrenia patients who were in accordance with the schizophrenia diagnosis of Chinese Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders(CCMD 3) from 4 ordinary psychiatric districts in Inpatient Department of Guangzhou Psychiatric Hospital were randomly selected and divided into study group and comparison group with 50 patients in each.Patients in the two groups were all given anti psychiatric drugs and routine nursing.On this basis,patients in the study group received nursing intervention,including establishing emotion supporting system,living skills training, organizing beneficial activity,making health education and carrying out psychological intervention for 8 weeks in succession.The global well being scale(GWB) was assessed before grouping and 8 weeks after treatment. <RESULTS:The score of GWB 8 weeks after treatment in the study group(104.30± 9.75) was significantly higher than that in the control group( 88.74± 10.57) .The difference was significant(t=7.65, P< 0.005). <CONCLUSION:The nursing intervention is helpful for improving the QOL of inpatients with schizophrenia.
