小剂量重组人类生长激素对腹膜透析患者生活质量和营养状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨小剂量重组人类生长激素(recombinanthumangrowthhor-mone,rhGH)对腹膜透析患者生活质量、营养状态的影响。方法:对23例腹膜透析患者连续4周给予皮下注射小剂量rhGH每周3次,治疗前后检测患者各血清蛋白、胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin-likegrowthfactor1,IGF-1)水平。实验前后同时进行饮食调查,计算每日热量摄入及蛋白摄入,并计算氮平衡。结果:经小剂量rhGH治疗后,IGF-1、转铁蛋白、前白蛋白及氮平衡值犤(181.4±80.6)μg/L,(1.97±0.43),(0.26±0.06)g/L,2.01±0.52犦均较用药前有显著提高犤(131.2±52.3)μg/L,(1.49±0.57),(0.20±0.09)g/L,0.17±0.10〗(t=1.078～3.751,P均<0.05)。结论:小剂量rhGH对改善腹膜透析患者生活质量、营养状态具有良好的作用。AIM:To study the effect of low dosage of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH) on quality of life(QOL) and nutrition status of patients with peritoneal dialysis.<METHODS: Totally 23 patients with peritoneal dialysis were injected with low dosage of rhGH three times per week for 4 weeks.The level of serum protein and insulin like growth factor 1(IGF 1) were measured before and after treatment.And meanwhile,diet investigation was carried out to calculate daily energy intake(DEI),daily protein intake(DPI) and the balance of nitrogen.<RESULTS:After low dosage of rhGH treatment,level of IGF 1,siderophilin,pre albumin and nitrogen balance value[(181.4± 80.6) μ g/L,(1.97± 0.43),(0.26± 0.06) g/L,2.01± 0.52] was significantly increased as compared with those before treatment [(131.2± 52.3) μ g/L,(1.49± 0.57),(0.20± 0.09) g/L,0.17± 0.10](t=1.078- 3.751,all P< 0.05).<CONCLUSION:Low dosage of rhGH has good effect in improving QOL and nutrition status of patients with peritoneal dialysis.
