摘 要:目的:探索儿童心理行为问题的影响因素及持续有效的综合干预方法。方法:通过对永安市二所同类普通小学3~5年级学生的心理健康状况进行测查,抽取有心理行为问题的学生219名,将其分为干预组和对照组,对干预组进行了2学年的家庭、学校、社区、医院综合干预,采用Achenhach儿童行为量表(CBCL)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)儿童版及家庭环境量表(FES-CV),对学生进行心理、行为问题及家庭环境因素测定。结果:经综合干预1年后,干预组和对照组儿童心理行为问题检出率分别为12.9%,14.9%,2年后的检出率为10.6%,14.4%;两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。综合干预1年,2年后干预组的CBCL均分犤(29.96±14.13)分,(25.13±11.01)分犦明显下降,与对照组犤(44.24±11.34)分,(42.55±17.13)分犦比较,差异有显著性意义。干预组女性的社交退缩、抑郁因子分和男性的交往不良、强迫性、分裂样、体诉因子分都明显低于对照组。家庭和睦、伙伴之间关系、父母对儿女的期望对儿童行为问题有影响。结论:促进儿童心理健康的发展是一项长期、系统的工程,通过综合干预对儿童心理行为问题持续有效。AIM: To explore the influencing factors and persistent and efficient comprehensive intervention approaches for the mental behavioral problems of children.<METHODS: Totally 219 pupils with mental behavioral problems were selected from grades 3 to 5 of two elementary schools of the same kind in Yongan City through the investigation of mental health status.They were divided into intervention group and control group,the subjects in the intervention group received the comprehensive interventions from family,school,community and hospital for 2 years.After intervention mental health of children was assessed with the Achenhach child behavior checklist(CBCL),Eysenck personality questionnaire(children's version) (EPQ) and family environment scale Chinese version(FEC CV) fro determination of mental behavioral problems and family environmental factor.<RESULTS: The detection rate of mental behavioral problems in the intervention group and control group was12.9% and 14.9% after comprehensive intervention for 1 year,and were 10.6% and 14.4% after 2 years,and there were significant differences between the two group(P< 0.05).The scores of CBCL 1 and 2 years after comprehensive intervention in the intervention group[(29.96± 14.13),(25.13± 11.01)] were significantly decreased as compared with those in the control group[(44.24± 11.34),(42.55 ± 17.13)](P< 0.05).The factor scores of social recession and depression of females, and the factor scores of interpersonal difficulty,compulsion,schizoid and somatic complaints of males in the intervention group were all obviously lower than those in the control group.The behavioral problems of children were also influenced by family rapport, relationship between partners and the expectation of the parents on the children.<CONCLUSION:Promotion of the development of children's mental health is a long term and systemic project,comprehensive intervention is a persistent and effective method for the mental behavior of children.
