摘　　要：本文简要介绍几种传统的挤压机挤压速度控制方式,对它们的速度控制特性和功率特性进行了分析对比;并详细介绍、分析、评价由 SMS-Eumuco Inc 最先推出的 VFD 系统,侧重阐述其节能特点;引出了节能挤压机的概念,揭示出挤压机的又一个技术层面,即挤压机的节能水平。At first,the paper briefly introduces some traditional speed control modes of the extrusion press,analyzes and contrasts th speed control property and consumption of power;then,expounds in detail the VFD(Variable Frequency Drive)system firstly put out SMS Eumuco Inc.and its characteristics of energy saving;after that,puts forward a new concept 'energy saving extrusion express and reveals another technical level,that is,energy saving level of extrusion press.
