扶正消癌Ⅰ号方治疗中晚期上消化道恶性肿瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的 ]观察扶正消癌Ⅰ号方治疗中晚期上消化道恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。 [方法 ]对 6 5例中晚期上消化道恶性肿瘤患者采用自拟的扶正消癌Ⅰ号方口服 ,观察比较用药前后患者的临床症状和生存质量的改善情况。并对于单用该方治疗的 2 1例进行辨证分型和生存期随访。 [结果 ]扶正消癌Ⅰ号方能明显改善患者的临床症状 ,提高患者的卡氏评分。单用该方治疗的 2 1例患者中 ,完全缓解 1例 ,部分缓解 13例 ,稳定 4例 ,恶化 3例。 [结论 ]扶正消癌Ⅰ号方对中晚期上消化道恶性肿瘤具有一定的治疗作用。Objective] To observe the clinical effect of fuzhengxiaoaiⅠdecoction in treating malignant tumors of upper digestive tract at middle and late stage.[Methods] Sixty five patients of upper digestive tract malignant tumors were treated with fuzhengxiaoai Ⅰ decoction. Clinical symptoms and living quality of the patients were observed before and after the treatment.Syndrome types of twenty one cases who received fuzhengxiaoai Ⅰdecoction alone were differentiated, and theirsurvival period was investigated. [Results] FuzhengxiaoaiⅠdecoction curedthe patients' clinical symptoms and increased their Karnofskyscores markedly (P<0.05).There was 1 case of CR,13 cases of PR, 4 cases of SDand 3 casesof PD. The survival periods of the twenty onecases were markedly prolonged.[Conclusion] Fuzhengxiaoai Ⅰdecoction hadcertain therapeutic effect on upperdigestive tract malignant tumors at middle and late stage.
