外伤性前房出血59例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨外伤性前房出血的防治。方法 :回顾分析前房出血 5 9例的临床资料 ,包括一般治疗、药物及必要的手术治疗。结果 :5 9例前房出血全部吸收 ,视力较入院前明显改善 ,1例角膜血染 ,3例继发性青光眼。结论 :促进积血吸收 ,防止继发出血以及适时的手术治疗 ,是恢复视功能 。Objective: To investigate the treatment and prevention of traumatic hyphema. Method: 59 cases with traumatic hyphema were treated by drug and necessary surgical treatmant. Result: 59 cases with traumatic hyphema were completely absorped, and the vision was significantly increased, one case had cornea cruenta and 3 cases had secondary glaucoma.Conclusion: Promoting hemorrage absorption,preventing secondary hemorrage and timely surgical treatment are important for visual rehabiliation,reducing and preventing complications.
