近代民族教育的一项创举——滇黔川边石门坎教育体系评述

摘　　要：近代滇黔川边循道公会教育体系 ,主要凭借当地各民族的力量 ,使滇黔川 3省上万名青少年接受了规范的初等教育 ,使数万名当地群众完成了扫盲教育 ,为苗族、彝族培养出第一批高级知识分子。它的男女学生合校、双语教学、把学校办到山寨、大众扫盲教育、注重民族高等人才的培养 ,成就了我国近代教育的一个创举。The modern education system of border district of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan of the United Methodists, only depended local groups' own manpower and f inance resources. Over ten thousand teenagers accepted normal primary education, severa l ten thousands people were wiped out illiteracy, a numbers of Miao and Yi people graduated from collages and universities.Its boy and girl students in same school, Miao - Han languages teaching, the sch ools were founded in fortified mountain villages, popular eliminate illiteracy and cultiva tion of high grade talents of minorities is a pioneering undertaking of modern education of China.
