摘　　要：研究了桑椹、菠萝饮料的工艺。注重提高桑椹饮料的口味和营养价值 。The technology for mulberry and pineapple drinks was studied. Attention was paid to the improvement in the flavour and nutrition of the mulberry drink. Some important points in the preparation process and technological parameters were given.
