摘  要:以黄鳝为材料,研究了不同浓度的乙酸铜对黄鳝外周血红细胞微核和核异常的影响。采用鱼类致突变实验方法,以0.25、1.00、3.00、9.00、15.00、30.00mg/kg不同剂量乙酸铜处理黄鳝,测定黄鳝外周血红细胞微核率和核异常率。结果发现:在低剂量范围内,随着乙酸铜剂量的增加红细胞的微核率及核异常率逐渐增加;至3.00mg/kg剂量时红细胞的微核率、核异常率均达最大值;随着剂量的进一步增加,红细胞的微核率、核异常率反而下降。其结果说明,一定剂量乙酸铜能明显影响黄鳝外周血红细胞的微核率和核异常率,且乙酸铜的作用具有双向性。This text studied the influence of the different concentration of Cu(CH-3COO)-2 on the micronucleus rate and nuclear abnormity of RBC in Monoptemrus albus. The test of fish mutagenesis was used to assay the rate of micronucleus and nuclear anomaly in perilpheral blood erythrocytes of Monopterus albus as mutagen of 0.25, 1.00, 3.00, 9.00, 15.00 mg/kg and 30.00 mg/kg different concentration of (Cu(CH-3COO)-2.) The results show that the rate of micronucleus and nuclear abnormity from 0.25 mg/kg to 3.00 mg/kg increased gradually, that were the highest on the dosage of 3.00 mg/kg. When the dosage increase, the rate of micronucleus and nuclear abnormity descended from 3.00 mg/kg to 30.00 mg/kg. The experiment enunciates that some dosages of Cu(CH-3COO)-2 have marked cytogenetic toxic effect on the peripheral blood cell of Monopterus albus, and Cu(CH-3COO)-2 has the effect of two sides on peripheral blood cell of Monopterus albus.
