摘 要:针对油田用电机能耗严重的问题,基于电机的基本理论,设计了一种新的油田用节能电机,并提出了此节能电机切换时阈值的确定方法,且用Matlab语言构建了此节能电机系统的仿真模型,对节能电机切换瞬态的动态特性和稳定时间进行了整体的仿真研究.计算和仿真结果与实验数据相吻合,这为节能电机功率切换点和切换时间的确定提供了依据.To solve the serious problem of energy waste caused by motors in oil field, based on basic theories of electric machine, one new energy saving motor is designed in this paper. Identifying method for switching threshold of the energy saving motor is brought forward and simulation model for energy saving motor system is constructed with Matlab. The whole simulation research of dynamical performance and stabilization time of switching transient of energy saving motor is carried out. As the results of calculation and simulation accord with the experimental data, criterion for identifying power switching pot and switching time of the energy saving motor is offered.
