摘  要:发展了已有的烟叶中烟草特有亚硝胺的萃取、纯化、浓缩和检测技术,开发出了一种应用气相色谱仪配备氮磷检测器(NPD)分离检测卷烟烟气中NNN、NAT、NAB、NNK四种烟草特有亚硝胺的方法.主要过程包括卷烟烟气样的捕集、剑桥滤片的超声波萃取,萃取液在碱性氧化铝层析柱上层析,洗脱液的浓缩、纯化及应用气相色谱仪--NPD进行检测.该方法可以将极难分离的NAT-NAB分开,并具有重复性较好、可以同时处理多个样品的特点.The Tobacco-specific nitrsamines(TSNA) were highly carcnoigenic components in tobacco. How to determinate them precisely is very important. The method of extraction, purification, concentration and detection of tobacco-specific nitrosamines from tobacco was developed in mis paper. NNN, NAT, NAB and NNK in cigarette smoking were separated and determinated by gas chromatography with a N-P detector in this developed method. The procedure involved cigarette smoking trapped, extraction of TSNA from Cambridge Filler by soniccation, elution of extract in a alkaline alumina column,concentration of elute and determination of TSNA by gas chromatography with a N-P detector. The method was shown to be simple in the determination of TSNA and shown good repeatability. NAT-NAB pair could be separated and was capable of performing many analysis per day on a variety of cigarette smoking samples in this procedure.
